Xplan Integration Goes Live
After completing a pilot program, the iC2 App is now available on the Iress Open Integrations.
Having a direct integration gives you a much deeper access to interact with Xplan.
Some new features include:
Pull through your Xplan clients into Projects, SOA Requests, Applications, Reviews, FDS.
Create a new client from iC2 App & send into Xplan.
Access your clients income, expenses, assets, liabilities, insurance, super, pension data from iC2 Clients App.
Create file notes from iC2 App to send into Xplan.
Access IPS Portfolio data (need IPS module).
Update FDS & Opt-in Dates.
Send your client an online Fact Find from the iC2 Fact Find App & push the data into Xplan.

Producing FDS Letters with Xplan & Revex Data
If you use both Revex and Xplan, you may already be familiar with the frustration that these two systems don’t talk when producing FDS Letters. Many AFSL’s are manually loading Revex data into Xplan to then produce FDS Letters.
The iC2 Service Agreements App now seamlessly connects these two systems. You can select your client from Xplan, produce the FDS Letter and it will pull through the historical data directly from Revex.
You can also send the client a secure link to opt-in, and finally sync your next FDS date back in Xplan - all from iC2.
Working in Teams
Sharing projects with your team just got much easier.
In the user profile section, under My Details, you can now create teams. This means that you no longer need to manually add each individual user into the Project. Once you create the team, you can simply add the whole team onto a Project with one click.
Perfect for when you have multiple advisers, and each adviser/s has their own dedicated support team.
Managing Users
We have made it easier for you to manage users in your practice.
From the User Management menu, you can create a new user, assign the users role and their linked Compliance Manager. You can also archive users should she leave your business. Once archived, that login is no longer valid and the user cannot log into iC2.
