Update & Re-Check Feature
We are delighted to announce Update & Re-Check, a new SARA workflow that lets advisers or paraplanners insert corrected wording or missing details and trigger an immediate second-pass compliance review—without starting a fresh job or breaking the audit trail.

How It Works
Initial Fail Detected – SARA flags issues and marks the compliance check as Fail.
Click “Update & Re-Check” – Available in the top-right of any failed report.
Paste or Type Corrections – Add the revised paragraph, table, or bullet points into the popup.
Submit – SARA re-runs its rule engine on the new content and chains the fresh findings (“Review #2”, “Review #3” …) to the original audit record.
Audit Log – Every patch, user ID, and timestamp is captured, satisfying RG 104/105 record-keeping requirements.
Step 1: Click Update and Recheck
If SARA has identitied a Fail, cklick the “Update and Recheck” button.
Step 2: Copy Your Updated Text from the SOA or Supporting Document/s
Copy the relevant section of your updated SOA
This could be data SARA has missed, or updated data that SARA had flagged as needing to be updated.
Step 3: Paste The Updated Data and click Update and Recheck button
Paste your updated SOA data into the popup and click Submit Recheck
SARA will run the compliance check on your newly submitted data, and display the findings in the report builder.
